Inquiries and bookings
A request is not a booking, final estimate, or availability promise. Submitting does not create a customer agreement. Before a job, authorized contents, access, handling, timing, final price, applicable tax, and payment terms must be agreed.
Scope and starting prices
Starting offers apply only to the stated standard scope. Volume is an estimating aid and never overrides the assigned vehicle’s verified usable capacity or safe weight limits. Extra time, stairs, disassembly, restricted access, or other exceptions require prior agreement. One all-in quote must include any required travel, handling and disposal costs before approval. No payment is collected on this site.
Authority and property access
The requester must own the contents or have permission to authorize removal and access. Disputed ownership and eviction enforcement are outside the service. Items to keep should be identified before work.
Excluded work
Hazardous materials, medical waste, chemicals, liquids, tires, asbestos, dense debris, demolition, biohazard or pest remediation, regulated electrical work, and unassessed heavy items are not part of the launch offer. Refrigerant appliances need separately verified handling.
Completion standard
Agreed removal, ordinary lawful disposal, and a light broom sweep where practical do not include deep cleaning, disinfection, or permanent-stain removal. Donation or recycling destinations depend on actual acceptance and are not guaranteed.
Changes, scheduling, and cancellation
Changed contents, access, or conditions require a revised agreement before extra work. Arrival windows, cancellation and rescheduling terms, and any deposit policy must be supplied and accepted with the actual quote. Submitting a request imposes no automatic cancellation fee or nonrefundable deposit.
Photos and concerns
Job documentation and marketing use need appropriate permission. Customer photos are not automatically authorized for advertising. Call, text or email ClearLine to raise a concern or request follow-up. This notice does not waive statutory rights.
