FAQ

Quick answers.

Open a question for the details.

01What does ClearLine help with?

Junk removal for unwanted household items, moving & downsizing for belongings you are keeping, and property cleanouts for larger spaces. Each service has its own scope, and related needs can be reviewed together.

02Can moving and removal be combined?

Yes. Call, text or email us about what you are keeping and moving, and what you would like removed. We can review both parts in the same conversation.

03Who will handle the removal?

ClearLine arranges the appropriate local service team for the job. The number of people assigned depends on the load, item weight, stairs, carrying distance, and other access conditions.

04What are the starting prices?

Easy curbside pickup: from $75.00. One ordinary, safe item or a very small amount of bagged material already outside at vehicle level, on an eligible nearby route. Small van pickup: from $149.00. Several bags, boxes or small household items suitable for a small vehicle-based pickup. Final price depends on quantity, weight, access, travel and disposal requirements. Larger pickups & property cleanouts: custom photo quote. Furniture groups, garages, rooms, rental turnovers, heavier items and loads requiring a truck or trailer. Photos and job details are reviewed before quoting. Starting prices are before applicable tax. The complete scope and final price, including access, travel, handling and disposal, must be agreed before work begins. A quote request does not confirm a booking.

05When does the curbside offer apply?

From $75.00 before tax. One ordinary, safe item or a very small amount of bagged material already outside at vehicle level, on an eligible nearby route. This limited route-sized offer excludes indoor carryout, stairs, long carries, mattresses, sleeper sofas, unusually heavy items, hazardous material, construction debris, dismantling and dedicated urgent trips. Additional access or handling requires a custom quote; excluded materials remain excluded.

06What kinds of items fit this service?

Ordinary furniture, nonhazardous household contents, and small office furniture. Each request is reviewed for safe access, actual contents, weight, and a lawful disposal route. Selecting a pickup option does not promise acceptance of every material or vehicle capacity.

07What is excluded?

Hazardous or medical waste, paint, chemicals, fuel, liquids, batteries, tires, asbestos, dense construction debris, demolition, biohazard or pest remediation, explosives, and firearms are outside the launch offer. Very heavy items and refrigerant appliances are not automatically accepted.

08How does an estimate become a final price?

A description and optional photos help define the scope. Contents, access, special handling, loading time, tax, and the final written price must be confirmed before work. Changes require agreement before additional work proceeds.

09Do I need to send photos?

No. Your city and a short description are enough to start. You can text or email photos if they help show the job. Avoid faces, IDs and private documents.

10Can items be removed from inside?

Interior removal is assessed individually when authority, safe access, handling, and loading time are confirmed. A curbside starting tier does not include an interior cleanout. Share stairs, doorway restrictions, and carry distance.

11What about heavy items, stairs, or disassembly?

These require review before pricing. Photos cannot reliably establish weight. Unassessed heavy items are outside standard tiers; special handling is agreed before work, not added after loading.

12Can you take a mattress or box spring?

Mattresses and box springs are outside the curbside offer. Condition, handling and disposal acceptance require review, with any required cost included in the final quote.

13Are starting prices tax-inclusive?

No. Starting prices are before applicable tax and apply to the stated standard scope. The actual tax treatment and rate must be confirmed for the job. The website does not calculate tax or collect payment.

14Which areas are covered?

Serving Belton and Temple, with Killeen by scheduled route. Other Bell County requests are reviewed individually. Share your location, items and preferred timing for a quote. Scheduling, access and suitable capacity are confirmed with your final quote.

15Does a quote request book a same-day pickup?

No. An inquiry is not a booking, and submitting does not reserve a pickup. Timing and availability must be confirmed individually. Same-day service is not guaranteed.

16Do I need authority over the contents?

Yes. You must own the contents or have permission to authorize removal. Estate and rental requests need appropriate authority. ClearLine is not an eviction-enforcement service and does not resolve disputed ownership.

17Will items be donated or recycled?

No destination or recycling percentage is promised. Reuse, donation, and disposal depend on condition and facility acceptance. ClearLine does not provide charitable valuations or guarantee a donation tax receipt.

18Does a cleanout include deep cleaning?

No. A light broom sweep may be included where practical. Deep cleaning, disinfection, permanent-stain removal, restoration, and pest treatment are outside the standard scope.

19Can belongings be moved to another property?

Yes. Choose our Moving & downsizing service for belongings you are keeping and moving. Junk removal and property cleanouts cover unwanted contents; combine these needs in one moving inquiry when appropriate.
